SOFIA stands for “Strengthening Our Faith In Action.” The goal of the committee is to turn the spiritual energy of the church into tangible benefit for the community. 

SOFIA is responsible for the supervision of the  Saturday Warming Shelter which is open each Saturday from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. A member of the committee is in attendance each Saturday along with volunteers who sign on for 2 1/2 or 5 hours shifts.
